Everything we do is driven by seasonality & we are proud to have built strong relationships with some of the Cumbrias best suppliers, who ensure we can deliver the freshest ingredients in our own unique way. 

Please note, we cater for all allergens & dietary requirements & if you are dining with us on multiple visits then we are more than happy to arrange additional vegetarian options for you to enjoy.  We also have children’s options available & a vegan option upon request.
