Our Head Chef, Scott Fairweather, leads a talented team of chefs at The Black Swan. We produce a locally sourced, seasonal Cumbrian menu which offers something for everyone and which we are very proud of. We strive for excellence in everything we do as well as being creative in our offering to guests and diners.
All of our food is freshly prepared to order . This means we are able to cater for special dietary requirements, food allergies and offer alternative vegan options. Please don’t hesitate to contact us prior to your visit with any of the above and we will be able to accommodate.
